The Italians Return for a Second Assault!

Amidst rumors that Mike Baronas will bring his Italian Invasion back to this October’s Chiller Theatre, he confirmed with me today that a few of Fulci’s finest will attend this fall’s Rock and Shock.

Appearing in Worcestor, Mass. at the convention on October 16, 17 and 18 will be: the lovely Catriona MacColl (THE BEYOND, CITY OF THE LIVING DEAD); Al Cliver (ZOMBIE, THE BEYOND), and old Worm Eye himself, Ottaviano Dell’Acqua. For those who missed them at select conventions recently, this is a rare opportunity to meet three of Fulci’s finest. And I’m not just selling hype here; I’ve met all three, and I can attest that it was an absolute pleasure to chat with them and add some prime autographs to my zombie collection.

If you’re interested in finding out where Mike Baronas’ legions of Italian stars will make appearances in the future, check out his site at www.pauraprod.com. For information on the event itself, go to www.rockandshock.com. Let’s hope Mike can bring more Italians to us in the near future.
