I'm sure that Paramount is going to refer to SHUTTER ISLAND (the latest film by director Martin Scorsese starring Leonardo DiCaprio) as a "thriller", but after checking out this trailer... I'll be damned if this doesn't look like a horror movie to me! (Hell, Scorsese did CAPE FEAR as well, which could be considered genre.) Regardless, you have to check this out, because it looks intriguing as hell, and with a filmmaker like Scorsese at the helm, this should be interesting.
