LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS Remake?!
Share on FacebookAre we due for another version of the LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS?! Now before fans of the 1986 Frank Oz version (starring Rick Moranis and Ellen Greene) start screaming blasphemy, keep in mind that that version is in fact a remake of Roger Corman's 1960 THE LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS. (Which had one of Jack Nicholson's earliest screen appearances.)
Shock Till You Drop recently chatted with WRONG TURN 3 director Declan O'Brien who revealed a new LITTLE SHOP is on his upcoming slate. "I just optioned the remake rights," O'Brien tells SHOCK. "After I did this movie for Roger called Cyclops he was so happy he said, 'This is the best movie that's come through my doors in 20 years, so here's my catalogue, pick something else.'"
He continues, "I have a take on it you're not going to expect. I'm taking it in a different direction, let's put it that way."
