Who's more indestructible? Michael Myers or Chev Chelios?

HALLOWEEN 2 producer Malek Akkad confirmed that the first teaser trailer for Rob Zombie's H2 will be attached to prints of CRANK 2: HIGH VOLTAGE when it opens next Friday on the 17th. I'm sure you can expect the trailer to debut on-line on or around that date as well.
