I've honestly been trying to avoid anything to do with Carter Smith's upcoming movie adaptation of THE RUINS until I had a chance read the original Scott Smith novel, but regardless, it's coming April 4th of 2008! The teaser trailer popped up last night on Atom Films video sharing website, and it'll appear before prints of SWEENEY TODD this weekend. You can check out the teaser trailer to THE RUINS below. The quality is egh, but the movie looks promising!
